Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
