Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Foods produces packaged foods at its Colorado Springs plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
