Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
