Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Associates is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
