Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Granite Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
