Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Northwind Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Boise. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
