Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Clearpath Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
