Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Greenridge Basin Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Hartford. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
