Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Fox Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
