Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield North Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
