Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Granite Markets Group is a Madison retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
