Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Ironwood Forge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the El Paso region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
