Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Press Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
