Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Milwaukee with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
