Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Westbrook Junction Manufacturing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
