Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Rochester, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
