Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Loom Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
