Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Fernwood Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Charlotte region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
