Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Westbrook Birch Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
