Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Hartford area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
