Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
