Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Bridge Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts.
