Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Fernwood Rowan Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
