Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Portland producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
