Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge Rook Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the San Diego region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
