Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Lantern Construction Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
