Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Thistle Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Houston. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
