Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Civic Services and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
