Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Northwind Haven Auto Group is a Denver company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
