Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline North Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system.
