Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Sable Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
