Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Sable Press is a printer and publisher in Memphis serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
