Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge Vale Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Minneapolis plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
