Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Timber Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
