Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Bright Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
