Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Amber Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Raleigh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
