Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Rowan Facilities is a facilities company in Raleigh with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
