Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Raleigh, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 679 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
