Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Nest Auto Group is a Raleigh company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
