Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Kestrel Property Management looks after rental homes across the Providence area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
