Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Providence, RI)

Northwind Vista Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Providence, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
