Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pine Housing Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Providence. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
