Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Linden Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
