Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Providence, RI)

Nova Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Providence, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Providence. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
