Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Linden Foods produces packaged foods at its Providence plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Providence. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
