Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Oak Facilities is a facilities company in Portland with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
