Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Portland, OR)

Northwind Yarrow Health Group is a healthcare provider in Portland with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 685 people based in Portland. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
