Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Portland, OR)

Bright Keystone Facilities Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders.
