Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cobalt Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
