Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Portland, OR)

Silverline Quill Farms is an agricultural business based around Portland. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
